THE SPACE – 445 Dean St Albury. – Mondays – 10.30 to midday 90 mins – Therapeutic Class includes: Energy Block Release, Asanas and Sequences, Guided Relaxation and Meditation.

Bookings essential and priority for a place to term paid students.

$160 term (10 weeks) or $64 for 4 week block…… $18 per session /drop in rate (if places available)

Orana Yoga and Wellbeing Centre Wodonga – 153 Melbourne Rd Wodonga

Mondays 6pm to 7.30am     – Unwind and discover peace and calm

Tuesdays 10am to 11.30am – Dru for total wellbeing and “me” time

Fridays 10am to 11.30am    – Dynamic Dru for body – mind balance (more advanced)

Friday afternoon appointments for:

mentoring – how to live your Yoga off the mat and create balance in your life.

Personal programs and mentoring for issues such as grief, trauma, anxiety, depression.

Tallangatta Primary School – Bell Hall – 1 Wonga Grove

Tuesdays 5pm to 6.30pm –  9 weeks $135  paid at start of term or $18 casual / drop in  (only if places available)

Also available: $60 for 4 weeks & $75 for 5 week block.

PERSONAL MENTORING PROGRAMS: Yoga classes are beneficial, yet sometimes we need personal guidance in certain areas of our life. In most cultures, Mentors guide the way and have often been on a path with similar experiences.

Mentor programs are designed to help you “live your Yoga.”  Life can be navigated with more clarity and ease, when we take what we learn on the mat, out into the world and infuse it into the day to day details of our life.

Guidance for posture, back care, nutrition, physical and emotional fitness, trauma, grief, relationships, and present moment living are some of the areas that I combine ancient Yogic wisdom, life experience, and spiritual teachings to.

Limited beliefs at a subconscious level can keep us from living fully. Mentor sessions can help identify what these are and simple and effective techniques can balance and modify these unhelpful beliefs, thus opening up new possibilities. – contact details as above.

Horses Helping Humans:  Personal sessions are designed to develop Self awareness and emotional resilience through yoga, and learning to be present, relaxed and centred in the presence of horses. These sentient beings of truth and honesty can help us create a template for personal healing and transformation.
